ddddarby: Some personal guidelines.

I refuse to continue to engage in the belittlement, condescension and hateful gossip of others. I refuse to engage in dialogue where the only purpose is to confirm the moral or intellectual superiority of the speakers. I refuse to tolerate pissing contests. I refuse to contribute to a toxic environment, where criticism is destructive. I refuse to suffer through blatant displays of elitism, misogynism, narcissism and malicious insensitivity. I understand that setting my peers up for failure or making them feel like shit is cannibalism.

I want to make life better for myself and others. I do not want to be a designer if it means I must be a cannibal.
